I first called Henry a little more than a year ago, as the key for our van was stolen. He responded quickly and efficiently, rekeying all the doors and the ignition switch. His prices were very fair. Henry is a professional who takes pride in his work, taking the extra time needed to be sure that the job was done right. More recently we had a small issue with the door buzzer/ignition switch. He came right out to check on it for me; located a problem that was unrelated to the earlier rekey; he then figured out a way to bypass the problem to turn off the door chime, and he didn't charge me for the call out. Henry has the integrity to stand behind his work, even when it was a small piece of plastic which caused the problem more than a year after the rekey. Henry also texts you progress pictures and videos of the work he is completing- I thought that it was a nice touch. I will continue to call him up when I'm in need of locksmith services. ~ BenJamin S

Used their service twice. Once was locked out of my home and they came at 11pm and got me in my home and changed the locks right on the spot.
